Egypt greatest women

Yes… I cried… and even sobbed until my body shook and could not draw my breath in… Yes… I felt human and weak and my mind went in a detailed strict long review with myself, ideas, beliefs and behaviour… and again, yes… I felt so small compared to them while they were standing like high trees… unshaking… patriots… aware of what is right and wrong.

Yes… I was watching mothers, wives and daughters on TV… the bereaved mothers, widowed wives and orphaned daughters since Yemen, 67, attrition, October 73 and terrorism wars… I also saw Sisi, the minister of defense and minister of interior standing in the hall… I realized that this country will survive as long as such women live in it.

While I was crying and feeling weak, I thought of the group of people I am supposed to belong to… this group good at talking of all kinds; thinkers, intellectuals, authors, writers, journalists, experts of delivering seminars, conferences, protests in that triangle area between Tharwat, Adli, 26 July and Ramses streets in downtown… I found that all the bla bla bla of this group is nothing compared to the greatness of a single mother of those who has a martyr and two sons left in the police and army… also compared to the daughter who was orphaned while she was just five years old.

Some will immediately say that this is a cheap demagogic populist manner… and the one who adopts it feels no self-worth at all and shall not ask others to do the same… and much more will be said… especially in that language I am not good at… the language of top activists…despite all this, I stick to my stance and ask myself first…

How could we leave a family – and other hundreds if not thousands of other families – without the proper care for five decades… meaning for 50 years… and how have this family of a young 25-years-old widowed wife and two daughters; one of them was not even five years old and the other was still a baby survived after the father; a young not-exceeding-27-years-old army officer martyred and they were then told that he was missing?

How has this daughter – that wouldn’t have been that strong and powerful unless for this by all means great mother whom the daughter named the living martyr – realized that Al-Arish and Sinai are not only national land we must keep but also a graveyard for the martyrs among them her father who was killed along with his battalion when the criminal devil Sharon ordered them be buried alive?

How could anyone of those who worship revenues and money… those hypocrites… make relations with the Zionists and exchange visits with them?… and even boast about this.

The heroine daughter directed her speech to the president and asked him to keep Al-Arish and Sinai for Egypt and not let go of them no matter happens… he, in turn, replied in low-in-tone great-in-significance voice that we will not abandon Al-Arish… after all this, we find some asking or even hinting at make reconciliation with the cause of all this destruction and terrorism; muslim brotherhood… as if nothing happened?

After I heard the words of this daughter… daughter of the officer who martyred on June 10^th, 1967 after Sharon ordered the whole battalion be buried alive… I believe we should discuss such file once again… not only what happened in those days of 1967… but the whole file of martyrs who were considered dead immediately during the incidents or who were described as missing and later their families severely suffered.

I remember my uncle Abdel-Hakim el-Gammal in 1967 whose eldest son; Fouad Abdel-Hakim el-Gammal was a lieutenant-colonel engineer in the army. I lived what happened to him and his family when he lost his son… he was told that his son was missing and we stayed for long time asking and hearing news and tales saying that he and his men are in an area called Al-Maghara … later, we knew he was martyred… after years of considering him missing… leaving a wife and three kids behind… meanwhile, those who accumulated millions after October, 1973 victory are cooperating with the Zionist enemy in every field.

First, I would like to salute the president and the armed forces for remembering and honoring those who martyred five decades ago… second, I ask for the same thing this daughter of that great martyr asked for… that we shall not wait until another 50 years pass to honor the rest of the martyrs and compensate their families for what they do deserve… as to those who accumulated billions of money out of war, Infitah and also their “strategic experts” who keep giving justifications for their actions, I say: have some decency if you still can!

Then I listened to the mother whose words were wise and more powerful than all cannons… in part, she directed her words to the young generations saying they should know the nature and essence of studying in the military academies and later belonging to those who work in the army and police… they should know what discipline, commitment and solemn behaviour are… they should know how to persist on getting educated and increasing their experiences… and that they should know what it means to belong to your country and sacrifice your life for it.

That was not a ceremonial celebration… it was a demonstration of national dignity and human grace feeling as if the souls of those who martyred were present there with them.

Finally, I would like to ask the supervisors of Al Ahram mail to tell us about what happened to the donations given for a certain case; that is the orphaned daughters of the martyred driver who martyred along with the judges in Sinai… I and others were waiting to know what happened… however, months passed and it is time to ask… in such regard, there are a lot of details to be told.

عظيمات مصر!

نعم.. بكيت.. واسترسلت في موجة من النهنهة التي لا تقتصر على سكب الدموع من المآقي بل يرتج منها البدن وتتلاحق الأنفاس حتى ينفطر كل الكيان!

نعم مارست إنسانيتي وضعفي.. وسرحت في مراجعة طويلة ودقيقة وتفصيلية مع ذاتي وأفكاري ومعتقداتي وسلوكي، ونعم أيضًا أحسست بالضآلة أمامهن وهن شامخات واضحات وطنيات واعيات عارفات حدود الصح وقيعان الغلط!

نعم.. كنت أمام التليفزيون أشاهد أمهات وزوجات وبنات.. أي ثكالى وأرامل ويتيمات الشهداء منذ اليمن وسبعة وستين والاستنزاف وأكتوبر والإرهاب.. وأرقب السيسي ووزير الدفاع ووزير الداخلية والقاعة، فأدركت أن هذا الوطن سيبقى ما بقيت السماوات والأرض، طالما فيه نساء من هذا الطراز!

وفيما كنت أمارس إنسانيتي وضعفي بالنهنهة فكرت في الفصيلة التي يفترض أنني أنتمي إليها.. فصيلة الكلام بكل جماعاتها من مفكرين ومثقفين ومؤلفين وكتاب وصحفيين ومحترفي ندوات ومؤتمرات ووقفات للاحتجاج على السلالم في المثلث إياه، الممتدة أضلاعه بين شوارع "ثروت وعدلي و26 يوليو ورمسيس"! ووجدت أن جرامًا من تراب شبشب الأم الثكلى التي لديها شهيد وبقي اثنان في الشرطة والجيش، والابنة التي تيتمت ولم تتجاوز الخمس سنوات، يرجح أطنانًا من بغبغات مجمل تلك الفصيلة!

سيقال على الفور هذا أسلوب شعبوي ديماجوجي رخيض.. وهذا إحساس متكرس لدى صاحبه بالدونية والتفاهة، ولا يجوز له أن يعممه على غيره، وسيقال غير ذلك، خاصة باللغة التي لا أجيدها، لغة أئمة النشطاء، ومع ذلك ورغمه سأبقى عند موقفي لأسائل نفسي أولا..

كيف تركنا أسرة.. ومثلها مئات إن لم يكن آلاف الأسر بغير العناية الواجبة خمسة عقود.. أي خمسين سنة.. ثم كيف صمدت هذه الأسرة المكونة من أرملة شابة لم تتجاوز الخامسة والعشرين من عمرها وطفلتين إحداهما لم تصل الخامسة، والثانية في اللفة ما تزال، والأب ضابط شاب لم يتجاوز السابعة والعشرين.. وقيل لهم إنه مفقود؟!

كيف أدركت هذه الابنة التي ما كان لها أن تكون بهذه القوة ورباطة الجأش إلا بوجود أم عظيمة بكل المعايير اسمتها الابنة بالشهيد الحي.. أدركت أن العريش وسيناء ليستا فقط ترابًا وطنيًا ولكنهما مثوى شهداء، منهم أبوها البطل الذي قضى نحبه هو وكتيبته بعدما أمر المجرم الشيطان ابن الشياطين شارون بدفنهم أحياء؟!

ولذا كيف يتسنى لأي داعر عاهر من عبدة الأرباح والأموال وخدمهم من المنظرين والمقعرين أن يعانق الصهاينة وأن يمضي إليهم ويأتوا إليه وأن تصل الدعارة والعهر ببعضهم أن يباهوا بعلاقاتهم الصهيونية؟!

لقد وجهت الابنة البطلة بنت الأبطال الأفذاذ خطابها للرئيس وطالبته بأن تبقى العريش وسيناء لمصر وألا يفرط الوطن فيهما بحال من الأحوال، ورد هو بصوت خفيض في درجته مدوٍ رهيب في مدلوله بأن لا تفريط في العريش! ومع ذلك نجد المأفونين يطالبون أو يلمحون بالتصالح مع أصل البلاء وجوهر الوباء الإخوان المسلمين، وكأن شيئا لم يكن؟!

أمام كلمات الابنة.. ابنة الشهيد الذي استشهد يوم عشرة يونيو 1967 بعدما أمر شارون بدفن الكتيبة كلها أحياء لا بد مرة أخرى من فتح الملف.. ليس ملف ما حدث في الأيام إياها.. ولكن ملف الشهداء ممن اعتبروا متوفين أثناء الأحداث مباشرة أو ممن وصفوهم بالمفقودين لتبقى أسرهم أسيرة معاناة لا يعلم مداها إلا هم بعد الله سبحانه وتعالى!

إنني أذكر حال عمي عبد الحكيم الجمال سنة 1967، وقد عشت معه ومع أسرته ما حدث إثر فقد ابنه الأكبر وتحويشة عمره المقدم مهندس فؤاد عبد الحكيم الجمال، إذ أبلغوا أنه مفقود وبقينا فترة طويلة نسأل وتأتينا أخبار وحكايات وكيف أنه مع رجاله في منطقة "المغارة".. ثم تبين أنه استشهد بعد سنوات من التعامل باعتباره مفقودًا.. وقد ترك زوجة وثلاثة أطفال.. فيما الذين راكموا الملايين بعد الانتصار هم من يشارك العدو الصهيوني في كل مجال!

إنني أولًا أحيي رئيس الجمهورية والقوات المسلحة أن تم تذكر وتكريم الذين طويت ملفاتهم منذ عقود خمسة، وثانيا أطالب بما طالبت به ابنة ذلك الشهيد العظيم بألا تمضي خمسون أخرى لتكريم بقية الشهداء وتعويض أسرهم بما يحقق ولو واحدًا على مليون مما يستحقون! أما بليونيرات الحروب والانفتاح ومنظروهم الاستراتيجيون فقليل من الحياء إذا كانت القدرة على الحياء ما زالت موجودة!

ثم إن حديث الأم التي وقفت وكانت كلماتها نبع حكمة متدفقة بأسرع وأقوى من كل المدافع والحناجر، فقد جاء في بعض منه موجهًا للأجيال الشابة الطالعة كي يعرفوا طبيعة ومضمون الانتماء للدراسة في الكليات العسكرية وبعده الانتماء لصفوف العاملين في الجيش والشرطة.. كيف هو الانضباط والالتزام والسلوك السوي الرصين، وكيف هو الإصرار على العلم والتعلم وزيادة الخبرة، وكيف هو الانتماء للوطن وحمل الأرواح على الأكف فداءً له!

لم نكن أمام شاشة تليفزيون تنقل مناسبة احتفالية، لكننا كنا أمام ساحة من ساحات الشرف الوطني والسمو الإنساني وحالة من حالات التجلي الوجداني تحوم في عليائه أرواح الذين هم أحياء عند ربهم يرزقون!

واذا كان لي أن أختم هذه السطور فإنني أستميح المشرفين على بريد الأهرام عذرًا أن يتكرموا ويفصحوا عن مصير بعض ما تم تقديمه لحالة محددة هي "يتيمات الشهيد السائق" الذي استشهد مع رجال القضاء في سيناء، وكنت ومعي آخرون ننتظر معرفة ما تم غير أن الشهور طالت وآن لنا أن نسأل.. وفي ذلك تفاصيل مستعد للحديث فيها.

Again… salafists and blackmailing state

I write about this issue for the second time in an attempt to know when, how and where has this one called Yasser Hussain Mahmoud Burhami Hashish managed to blackmail the interior ministry, government, regime or the state?... since all what he says in public entails liability, accountability and punishment… supposing that we live in a state that respects the constitution and applies the law.

I do not believe that the current regime needs a cover that claims to be religious instead of the moral cover; the one based on values of citizenship and Egyptian cultural civilization structures that date back to the dawn of history… through ancient Egypt since the first dynasty… then the Hellenistic period… Christian… Islamic… and then to the modern and contemporary era… since some political regimes need a cover claiming to represent the religious reference because such regimes adopt a negative stance towards values of citizenship and cultural civilization structures in general.

And so I seriously ask: when, how and where has Burhami; vice-chief of the salafist Call, managed to blackmail the ruling regime institutions… to the extent that he recently gives sermons in mosques for a reason I believe is very ridiculous and funny… that is he was able to succeed in an exam set by the ministry of endowments… I do not know if this exam included a question asking: what is your opinion of the one who accuses an Egyptian citizen or group of misconduct, aggression, wrongfulness and infidelity without a judicial verdict stating that?... and does this one who considers himself a preacher to the way of God have the right to give such verdicts on the Christian Egyptian citizens?

All institutions in charge have already known what any Egyptian citizen following what is published and broadcasted on the internet knows… when Burhami was asked about how the Muslim husband should treat his Christian wife and his answer was extremely outrageous and appalling.

Neither Al-Azhar nor the ministry of endowments issued a reply to such answer… nor the public prosecution or the ministry of endowment punished him… only people like me reacted to what he said…and it looked like a words fight with a man who incites to hatred, contempt, loathing, destroying family relations and violating all that is human and decent.

The same thing happens again… not only on the hands of Burhami… but by another one adopting the same salafist ideology called Yahia Refa’ei Sorour who said in public about the martyred Egyptian citizens slaughtered in Libya: “they are sheep… 21 Christian sheep whose blood is cheap… they are not partners to us in this country… and we feel offended as the Christian Egyptians stayed safe in Egypt after the coup”.

As to Yasser Burhami, he described the Egyptian Christian citizens in public – as recorded in audio and video – as: “they are an infidel wrongful aggressive criminal minority that abuses the right of the majority… we call our brother Christians atheists… yes, they are our brothers in the country… but they are atheists if they keep believing in their religion and so they will go to hell…”. Then Burhami describes all who disagree to his opinions as “they are hypocrites and atheists”… meaning that all persons and entities that disagree to Yasser Hussain Mahmoud Burhami Hashish are atheist hypocrites!

After all this, Yasser Burhami and leaders of the salafist Call like Muhammed Ismail al-Mokadem, Muhammed Abdel-Fattah Abu Idris, Abdel-Mone’im esh-Shahat and others remain in the forefront of the religious Dawaa… they also have a political party that takes place in elections… and they may achieve the first, second or third majority in the coming parliament!

Again, I repeat the question: when, how and where have Burhami and his likes managed to blackmail the state institutions?... I wish we can know the answer to this question so that we too stay silent to what they say.

I searched quickly about the roots of the phenomenon of the salafist Call in Alexandria and went through some excerpts from references… I knew they are all influenced by, actually committed to the opinions of Ibn Taymmiya, Ibn el-Qayem, Muhammed Abdel-Wahhab and in particular al-Albani… I have already discussed some of Ibn Taymmiya’s Fatwas about the Christians in particular and the others who do not believe in Islam in general… such Fatwas contained what is really defaming Islam and humanity as well.

I want to know the opinions and Fatwas of al-Albani because all those I met and who adopt Burhami and al-Howeini’s ideology whenever you ask them about something, they immediately say: al-Albani said… as if this al-Albani is the first and last to them. His full name is Muhammed Ibn al-Hajj Nouh Ibn Nagati Ibn Adam al-Ashqouri al-Albani al-Arna’outi or the Arnaut nicknamed as “Abu Abdel-Rahman”. He was born in 1914 in Ashqoudra; the old capital of Albania and died in 1999. His father left Albania while he was one of the biggest scholars of Hanafi Mazhab or doctrine. His father immigrated to Damascus along with his son. The reason behind his immigration was that he disagreed to the King of Albania Ahmed Zogho after the latter prohibited women from wearing Niqab!

Dear reader… you can go through the books of al-Albani and Burhami Hashish… and along with them the chief of the Alexandrian salafist Call; Muhammed Abdel-Fattah Abu Idris… in general, you will find that these books are nothing but annotations explaining the Mutoons[1] of Ibn Hanbal, Ibn Taymmiya and Muhammed Abdel-Wahhab… not a single book of those can be described as a genuine one based on well-established bases and produces something new that helps achieve the nation’s interests.

One cannot have discussions based on logic and comprehensive aware Fiqhi and scientific evidence with such people… a wise man cannot waste his time arguing with those who have no human feelings in dealing with people and guiding them with wise and kind words.

The only possible thing to do is that state institutions, ruled by the constitution and law, shall react to such outrageous behaviour… especially that we are in a very critical situation as we are fighting on five fronts; east, west, north, south and in depth… the state institutions shall stop these people and punish them as per the law for what they do against the nation and citizens.

Here I ask the minister of endowments and I know he is a man who knows his role and can do anything to keep Egypt’s mosques away from fanaticism and ignorance… how could Burhami and his likes who adopt such declared opinion of describing the Christians as atheists and considering them an infidel wrongful aggressive criminal minority who should go to hell… how could they manage to deliver sermons in mosques?

Not only this… moreover, they consider all who disagree to the salafists’ opinion about Christians an atheist wrongful… meaning all of us starting from the president to the least citizen like me… for God sake, how don’t the lawyers and public prosecution do something to stop such crime and prosecute those people in public?

How can we stay silent and stand still before those who provide the complete theoretical referencing for what Daesh and its likes do… since the completion of what Burhami and his likes say is the question asking: “now what should we do with those who are atheist, aggressive, criminal and wrongful… and also those hypocrite atheists who disagree to us?”

Won’t the answer be what Daesh does in reality of burning people alive and slaughtering humans?

For the tenth time I ask: when, how and where have Burhami and the salafists managed to blackmail the state institutions in Egypt?

للمرة الثانية.. السلفيون وكسر عين الدولة!

أكتب هذا الموضوع للمرة الثانية لأحاول السعي لمعرفة متى وكيف وأين كسر المدعو ياسر حسين محمود برهامي حشيش عين الداخلية أو الحكومة أو النظام أو الدولة؟! ذلك أن ما يقوله على الملأ يستوجب المساءلة والحساب والعقاب، إذا كان في هذا البلد دستور يحترم وقانون ينفذ.

لا أظن أن النظام القائم حاليا يحتاج لغطاء يزعم أنه ديني يغني عن الغطاء الأخلاقي العام، النابع من قيم المواطنة والمنظومة الحضارية الثقافية المصرية الضاربة بجذورها منذ فجر التاريخ، مرورًا بمصر القديمة منذ الأسرة الأولى، وبما بعدها من هللينستي ومسيحي، ثم إسلامي إلى الحديث والمعاصر، حيث يحتاج بعض النظم السياسية لغطاء يزعم المرجعية الدينية، لأنها تتخذ موقفا سلبيا من قيم المواطنة والمنظومات الحضارية الثقافية بوجه عام، ولذلك أتساءل وبجدية كاملة: متى وكيف وأين كسر برهامي نائب قيم الدعوة السلفية عين مؤسسات الحكم، ولدرجة تمكينه من اعتلاء منابر المساجد مؤخرا لسبب أراه من نوع "شر البلية"، أي أنه مضحك، وهو اجتيازه امتحانا وضعته وزارة الأوقاف، ولا أعرف إذا كان الامتحان قد تضمن سؤالا هو: ما رأيك فيمن يحكم بالإجرام والاعتداء والظلم والكفر على مواطن مصري أو جماعة مصرية دون حكم قضائي، وهل من حق من يعتبر نفسه داعيا إلى الله أن يطلق هذه الأحكام على المواطنين المصريين المسيحيين؟!

لقد سبق وعرفت كل الجهات المسؤولة ما عرفه أي مواطن مصري يتابع ما ينشر ويبث على وسائل الاتصال الإلكترونية عندما سئل برهامي عن معاملة الزوج المسلم لزوجه المسيحية، وكان رده غاية في الإجرام والفحش.

ولم يرد عليه لا أزهر ولا أوقاف، ولم تردعه نيابة عامة أو وزارة داخلية! وقام أمثالي بالرد عليه، وصار الأمر كأنه معركة كلامية مع شخص يحض على الكراهية والازدراء والبغض، وتدمير الروابط الأسرية، ومخالفة كل ما هو إنساني محترم.

ثم يتكرر الأمر ليس من برهامي وحده، وإنما من آخر من العينة السلفية نفسها اسمه يحيى رفاعي سرور، الذي خرج علنًا ليقول عن المواطنين المصريين الذين استشهدوا ذبحا في ليبيا: "إنهم خرفان.. واحد وعشرون خروفا مسيحيا دماؤهم رخيصة لأنه ليس بيننا- والضمير عائد على ذلك اليحيى- عقد وطن ونشعر بالإهانة لأن الأقباط ظلوا آمنين بمصر بعد الانقلاب".

أما ياسر برهامي فقد قال علنًا بالصوت والصورة عن المواطنين المسيحيين المصريين: إنهم "أقلية مجرمة معتدية ظالمة كافرة تعتدي على حق الأغلبية.. ندعو إخواننا النصارى كفار.. إخواننا نعم في الوطن.. وهم كفار إن بقوا على كفرهم فهم في نار جهنم..."، ثم يصف من يخالفونه فيما يذهب إليه "بأنهم أهل النفاق والزندقة".. يعني كل الأشخاص والجهات التي تخالف ياسر حسين محمود برهامي حشيش زنادقة منافقون! وبعد ذلك يبقى ياسر برهامي وقادة الدعوة السلفية مثل محمد إسماعيل المقدم ومحمد عبد الفتاح أبو إدريس وعبد المنعم الشحات وغيرهم متصدرين للمشهد الدعوي الديني، ولهم حزب سياسي يسعى للتمثيل، وربما الأغلبية الأولى أو الثانية أو الثالثة في البرلمان المقبل!

وأكرر السؤال: متى وكيف وأين كسر برهامي وشركاه عين مؤسسات الدولة؟! حتى إذا عرفنا التزمنا الصمت والسكون بدورنا!

ولقد بحثت بسرعة عن أصل ظاهرة الدعوة السلفية بالإسكندرية، وطالعت مقتطفات من مراجع سريعة وعرفت أنهم جميعا متأثرون، بل ملتزمون بآراء ابن تيمية وابن القيم ومحمد بن عبد الوهاب والألباني بشكل أساسي، وقد سبق وناقشت بعض ما أفتى به ابن تيمية تجاه المسيحيين خاصة، والآخر بوجه عام، وفيه من الإجرام بحق الإسلام وحق الإنسانية ما فيه، ثم إنني أسعى لمعرفة ما أنتجه الألباني من آراء وفتاوى، لأنني لم أصادف واحدا ممن هم على شاكلة برهامي والحويني إلا ووجدته يقول من فوره: قال الألباني! وكأن الألباني هو الأول والآخر، اسمه الكامل محمد بن الحاج نوح بن نجاتي بن آدم الأشقودري الألباني الأرناؤوطي وكنيته "أبو عبد الرحمن"، ولد عام 1914 وتوفي عام 1999 وكان مولده في أشقودرة العاصمة القديمة لألبانيا، وقد ترك أبوه ألبانيا وهو أحد كبار علماء المذهب الحنفي، وهاجر إلى دمشق ومعه ابنه محمد، وكان سبب هجرته اختلافه مع ملك ألبانيا أحمد زوغو بعد منع النساء من ارتداء النقاب!

ثم إن لك عزيزي القارئ أن تنظر في سجل مؤلفات الألباني وبرهامي حشيش، ومعهما رئيس الدعوة السلفية الإسكندرانية محمد عبد الفتاح أبو إدريس، فتجدها في عمومها لا تزيد على حواشٍ شارحة لمتون ابن حنبل وابن تيمية وابن عبد الوهاب، وليس فيها مؤلف واحد يمكن أن يصنف ضمن الاجتهادات الواعية المبدعة، التي تقف على قواعد راسخة وتبذل جهدها وتفرغ وسعها في تحقيق مصالح الأمة التي حيثما تكون كان الشرع الحنيف!

نحن أمام تركيبة لا يمكن مناقشتها بالعقل والدليل العلمي والفقهي الواعي الشامل، ولا يمكن لعاقل أن يضيع وقته مع من نزع من قلبه ومن عقله أي نزوع إنساني للتعامل مع خلق الله بالحكمة والموعظة الحسنة، وترك علاقاتهم الإيمانية بالله لله، إنما الممكن الوحيد هو أن تتحرك مؤسسات الدولة التي يحكمها الدستور والقانون، وفي ظرف نخوض فيه حربا على جبهات خمس، هي: "الشرق والغرب والشمال والجنوب والعمق"، لتوقفهم عند حدهم وتحاسبهم بالقانون عما يقترفونه في حق الوطن والمواطنين.

إنني أسأل وزير الأوقاف، وهو رجل يعرف دوره ولا يفت في عزيمته أي شيء يحول بينه وبين الحفاظ على منابر مساجد مصر بعيدة عن التعصب والجهل، كيف يتمكن ياسر برهامي ومن على شاكلته من أصحاب هذا الرأي الواضح بتكفير المسيحيين، واعتبارهم أقلية مجرمة معتدية ظالمة كافرة مصيرها نار جهنم من منابر المساجد.. ليس هذا فقط.. وإنما يزيدون على ذلك اعتبار كل من لا يرى في المسيحيين ما يراه السلفيون فاسقا زنديقا.. يعني كلنا من أول رئيس الجمهورية حتى أقل مواطن مثل العبد لله كاتب هذه السطور؟! كيف بالله عليكم لا يتحرك أهل القانون من محامين ونيابة عامة لوقف هذه الجريمة وتقديم مرتكبيها للعدالة لمحاكمتهم علنا؟!

كيف بالله علينا جميعا أن نصمت عن هؤلاء الذين يقومون بالتأصيل النظري الكامل والعقائدي لما يفعله داعش وغيره .. لأن تكملة كلام برهامي وشركاه هي السؤال: ما الحكم فيمن هو "كافر معتدٍ مجرم ظالم"، وفيمن هو "منافق زنديق"؟!

ألن تكون الإجابة هي ما ينفذه داعش على الأرض من إحراق للأحياء وذبح للإنسان!

ومرة عاشرة: متى وكيف وأين كسر برهامي والسلفيون عين مؤسسات الدولة في مصر؟!

Nasser… the model

The easiest way for some people to escape paying the electricity bill was to mess with the meter; meaning to damage it… the same applies to the water meter… signing in the attendance records for employees… also messing with the meter in the white taxi to increase the fare… it seems that this thing is contagious and has spread from small employees and consumers… and corrupt taxi drivers… to some big officials in charge… and even sometimes those who introduce themselves as thinkers and politicians… and so you see them messing with the criteria, standards and proper historic models so that no one can look up to these models and compare to them… in doing so, they think they have escaped from being held accountable because the criteria ruler is broken or not credible!

This phenomenon is not limited to a certain place or time… actually it took place in all eras of history… old, middle, modern and contemporary… and was witnessed by unlimited countries… the only difference is that it looks blatant and barefaced in a certain place and era… it is what contemporary Egypt is witnessing from time to time towards the July, 1952 revolution and Nasser in particular.

The latest incident in such regard – and I won’t say scandal – was the quote attributed to the minister of health who Wikipedia says spent 13 years studying in the faculty of medicine instead of 7… also his counselor, friend and colleague was caught red-handed months ago, taking a massive bribe… moreover, the crisis of medications that went short, disappeared or increased in price took place during his term… and so, in order to escape his deeds, he resorted to the old way… he decided to blame a certain man and certain policies for his failure… and because he is coward, he chose one that left our world almost half a century ago.

The minister of health was not the first to adopt such outrageous attitude… and he will not be the last… it is an outrageous attitude because it contains several mean sides… and nothing changes about this fact if the one who did so was a minister or even higher in rank than this… first side is lying… second is being coward… third is ignorance… forth is rudeness… in such regard, there are a lot of details… but I will sum it up and say he lied because the one who described the necessity of education and medication to people as the necessity to have water and air was Taha Hussain and not Nasser… and because the deterioration in the health and medical services did not happened after they were provided for people for free… he is coward because he accused someone who can no longer defend himself… and if Nasser was alive, the one who said such words would not have been able to utter a word in his face or even behind his back… and he is ignorant because it is well known in our contemporary world that there are many nations that provide free education since kindergarten until PhD degree, like Germany for example… and because free services provided have nothing to do with the deterioration in those services, whether in education or whatsoever… also it is rude as rudeness is saying something you know very well is untrue, fearing no regret or punishment from any authority.

The question is: why Nasser in particular? And not his ideology or policies like socialism for example, his belief in Arab-nationalism or his pro-the poor policies?... my answer is as I said before because Nasser; persona, idea, practice and fate, is the measuring ruler taken by the collective mind and conscience of the Egyptians, Arabs and liberals worldwide in Asia, Africa and Latin America to measure all the policies, practices, stances and attitudes the societies face during their lives.

Nasser; the person – as proved by all intelligence agencies of the enemy states that opposed him – did not have a weak point to nail him, stop him or tarnish his reputation… no women… no alcoholics… no poker… no corruption of any kind… no luxury life… no double standards; one for himself, family, folks, friends, colleagues and another for the others… his death was a clear evidence on his credibility, abstinence, and dedication… his mass funeral cannot be denied by anyone… also his status in the hearts and minds of millions of people.

Nasser, the idea… meaning the pure Egyptian patriot and the Arab-national for Egypt and his Arab nation… also he was the liberal that was a symbol for national liberation in the three continent… and who still leaders and nations far away from us are proud they adopt his ideology… and then Nasser, the practices – despite the gravity of some of his mistakes – stayed in the conscience of many nations and peoples just because he chose to stand for humans and liberty.

For all this… the negligent… corrupt… opportunist… or ignorant starts first by destroying the model and breaking the measuring ruler so that no one says to him there is a model there to follow… and here is the ruler we should use to measure and evaluate.

It is very strange that those poor people do not realize it is not about the persona of Nasser and all that connect to him… but actually, he is considered a human standard and a conscience and mind ruler that exists as long as humanity, mind and conscience exist.

عبد الناصر.. المعيار.. والمسطرة

كانت أسهل طريقة عند البعض للتهرب من دفع فاتورة الكهرباء هي إفساد العداد- "تبويظه"- وكذلك الحال في عداد المياه، وساعة الحضور والانصراف، وأيضا عداد التاكسي الأبيض لزيادة المدفوع! ويبدو أن العدوى قد انتقلت من الموظفين الصغار والمستهلكين، وأصحاب التاكسيات الضلالية إلى بعض كبار المسؤولين، بل وأحيانا من يوصفون بالمفكرين والساسة، فتراهم وقد لجئوا لإفساد المعايير والمقاييس والنماذج التاريخية السليمة حتى لا يقاس بها أو عليها، ومن ثم يظنون أنهم أفلتوا من الحساب لأن مسطرة القياس محطمة أو مشكوك فيها! وهي ظاهرة غير مقترنة بمكان محدد أو زمان معين، بل وجدت في التاريخ قديمه ووسيطه وحديثه ومعاصره وشهدتها بلاد بغير حصر، والفرق هو أنها تبدو فاقعة فاضحة في مكان وزمان ما.. وهو ما تشهده مصر المعاصرة بين حين وآخر وتجاه ثورة يوليو، وعلى الأخص جمال عبد الناصر!

وكانت آخر ضبطية في هذا الصدد- ولن أقول فضيحة- ما نسب لوزير الصحة الذي تقول موسوعة ويكيبيديا أنه أمضى ثلاثة عشر عاما في كلية الطب بدلا من سبع سنوات، وقبض على مستشاره صديقه وزميله منذ شهور متلبسًا برشوة هائلة، ودوت أزمة الدواء نقصًا واختفاء وزيادة في السعر في أيامه الزاهرة، ولذلك أخذ يبحث عن شماعة فلجأ إلى الأسلوب القديم وهو تلبيس التهمة لشخص بعينه وسياسات بذاتها، ولفرط شجاعته اختار من رحل إلى رحمة الله، ومضى على رحيله قرابة نصف قرن!

لم يكن وزير الصحة أول من لجأ لهذا السلوك الشائن، ولن يكون آخر من يفعل ذلك.. وهو سلوك شائن لأنه يتضمن عدة خصال من توافرت فيه فقد ارتكب الشائنة حتى وإن كان وزيرا أو أعلى من ذلك. خصلة الكذب.. ثم خصلة الجبن.. وخصلة الجهل.. وخصلة الوقاحة.. وفي هذا شرح يطول، قد أختصره فأقول إنه كذب لأن من وصف التعليم والدواء بأنهما كالماء والهواء كان طه حسين ولم يكن عبد الناصر، ولأن تهاوي الخدمات الصحية والطبية لم يحدث بعد المجانية! وهو جبن لأن قائله اتهم من لا يستطيع دفاعًا عن نفسه، ولو كان حيًا لما جرؤ هو ولا أتخن منه على النطق ببنت شفة أمامه أو عليه.. وهو جهل لأن المعلوم أن في الدنيا المعاصرة دولًا عديدة فيها مجانية كاملة للتعليم من الحضانة حتى الدكتوراه كألمانيا مثلا، وأنه لا علاقة بين المجانية وبين التردي في التعليم أو غيره، وهو أيضا وقاحة لأن الوقاحة هي التمادي في الباطل على رؤوس الأشهاد مع العلم بأنه باطل، ودون خشية من ضمير ولا حساب من سلطة.

ويبقى السؤال معلقًا: لماذا عبد الناصر بالذات وليس فكره أو سياسته كالاشتراكية مثلا أو الانتماء العربي أو الانحياز للفقراء؟! والإجابة عندي هي كما أسلفت، لأن عبد الناصر الشخص والفكرة والممارسة والمصير يمثل مسطرة اتخذها العقل والوجدان الجمعيان المصريان والعربيان والتحرريان على نطاق عالمي في آسيا وإفريقيا وأمريكا اللاتينية ليقيسا بها كل السياسات والممارسات والمواقف والمسلكيات التي يصادفها المجتمع في حياته.

فعبد الناصر الشخص لم يكن- وبشهادة كل أجهزة الاستخبارات المعادية له- لديه ثغرة يمكن النفاذ منها لتجريحه أو كبحه أو تدمير سمعته.. فلا نساء ولا خمر ولا ميسر ولا فساد من أي نوع، ولا بذخ، ولا كيل بمكيالين أحدهما له ولأسرته وأهله وأصدقائه وزملائه والثاني للآخرين! ورحل ليكون مماته شهادة على نزاهته وزهده وتعففه وتفانيه، ولتكون جنازته شهادة لا يستطيع أحد من كان أن ينكرها وأن ينكر مكانته في قلوب وعقول الملايين!

وعبد الناصر الفكرة.. أي الوطني المصري الخالص.. والعروبي القومي لأجل مصر أولا وأمته العربية، والإنسان التحرري الذي كان رمزًا للتحرر الوطني في القارات الثلاث، والذي ما زال قادة وشعوب وراء المحيطات يفخرون بأنهم يعتزون بالانتساب لأفكاره.. ومن ثم فإن عبد الناصر الممارسات- وعلى جسامة بعض الأخطاء- بقى ساكنا وجدان أمم وشعوب لا لشيء إلا لأنه انحاز للإنسان وللحرية!

أمام ذلك يأتي المهمل.. أو الفاسد.. أو الانتهازي أو الجاهل، ليبدأ أولا بهدم النموذج وتدمير المسطرة لكي لا يقال له إن هناك نموذجًا وإن هذه هي المسطرة التي نقيس عليها!

والعجيب أن هؤلاء المساكين لا يدركون أن الأمر يتجاوز شخص عبد الناصر وكل ما يتصل به إلى كونه معيارًا إنسانيًا ومسطرة عقلية ووجدانية يبقيان ما بقي للإنسانية وللعقل وللوجدان وجود.

Es-Sayed Yassin

It was the circumstances or destiny… or even coincidence that was behind my acquaintance, closeness or friendship to whom I think are the stars of the time period of my life… as I knew Mr. Muhammed Ouda and was close to him… I knew Mr. Kamel Zoheiri and became a close friend or even a sticking one to him for many years… I knew Mr. Mahmoud es-Sa’adani, was close to him and for long time we were so close that I only separated from him during his sleeping hours while he was in the UAE… I knew Mr. Ahmed Bahaa ed-Din and met him several times and the relation between us became more than an acquaintance and a little bit less than friendship…

I was also imprisoned in one cell with Mr. Philip Gallab, Hussain Abdel-Razeq, Youssef Sabri, Muhammed Salmawi, Muhammed Youssef el-Gendy, Ahmed Fouad Negm, Zohdi el-Adawi… and during the period from 1974 until he left our world, I knew Mr. Muhammed Hassanien Heikal and was close to him… we also had common things and pains that sometimes reached severe reprimand and other times sincere amity.

And due to my work in journalism and my political and thought interests, I went so close to Mr. Salah ed-Din Hafez, Mr. Muhammed Sayed Ahmed, Mr. Fahmi Howeidi, Mr. Gamil Matar, Dr. Sami Mansour, Mr. Mahmoud Murad… and many others whom I may not remember right now to mention their names… some of those I mentioned made a lot of favors to me… some lent me money when I was totally broke… some invited me to eat when fava beans and Falafel was the most I may dream of eating… others offered me drink when beer was the most I may wish for.

Some of my friends and colleagues push me to write a book about all these acquaintances that represent part of Egypt cultural and social history, especially that those relations lasted for long time… moreover, they also included aspects of thought, culture, sincere friendship, passion, satire… there were also disputed issues started from joking and reached to the criticizing attacking articles.

In the last ten years, or even 2 or 3 years more, I knew Mr. Es-Sayed Yassin from a distance… as many of his students or those who worked with him were my friends and colleagues… then our acquaintance developed to quick discussions in the meetings gathering both of us until there was an incident that started the heated attack between us and which took place in the newspapers… as I was invited for the first and last time by the Coptic Evangelical Organization for a seminar in Hurghada as I can remember… the opening lecture was of Mr. Es-Sayed Yassin… in which he talked a lot about globalization mentioning a wealth of information with tens of foreign names of sources, references, authors and thinkers… then the audience was allowed to ask and then the dispute between us took place… I will not repeat what happened again… then we came back and Mr. Yassin wrote an article in “Al-Qahera” newspaper narrating part of what happened… I then replied back in “Al-Arabi” newspaper… this heated dialogue in the articles lasted for two or three weeks… then we stopped until it happened that I discovered the other side of Mr. Es-Sayed Yassin.

Away from his sheer persistence to stay updated with all that is modern… and even the most modern in the world of political and social ideas and the world of IT… and in addition to his ability to read and digest what he read and then presenting it to the Arab reader and researcher in an easy-to-grasp way… Mr. Yassin had a cultural and social eye that goes beyond the common patterns to discover in no time the precious from the fake… he also enjoyed the ability to coin his words in a fluid easy-going discourse… adding to all this the Egyptian way of joking and sometimes bitter satire… I have not seen him exceeding this limit for once in any time I met or listened to him… that limit of respecting the humanity of the other party and keeping his dignity.

It looked to me that Mr. Yassin hated those people with no talents and loathed more those half-talented… he did not hesitate to ridicule their talk without ridiculing them… he also was decisive if someone tried to exceed his limits with him… especially if he was one of his students who became close to the ruling power, in particular the circle of the National Democratic Party, presidency and Mubarak’s “heir”.

He used to be very meticulous in choosing the words he thought were exceeding attacking the regime and government into attacking the country and state… finally but not last, this high-standing man in thought and culture did not hesitate for a moment to call and present to you – if you were the writer – his opinion about what you wrote while affirming his respect in a way that makes you look as if you are the master and he is the student.

May the liberal Arab-national Egyptian intellectual and thinker Mr. Es-Sayed Yassin rest in peace.

الأستاذ السيد يسين

هي الظروف أو الأقدار.. أو هي الصدفة سمها كما شئت من وراء معرفتي أو اقترابي أو صداقتي مع من أعتقد أنهم نجوم مرحلتي العمرية.. فقد عرفت الأستاذ محمد عودة واقتربت منه.. وعرفت الأستاذ كامل زهيري وصرت صديقًا قريبًا أو لصيقًا له لسنين عديدة.. وعرفت الأستاذ محمود السعدني واقتربت منه وبقيت أيامًا طويلة لا أفترق عنه إلا ساعات نومه مدة من فترة وجوده في الإمارات.. وعرفت الأستاذ أحمد بهاء الدين والتقيته مرات عديدة ارتقت لما فوق المعرفة وأدنى قليلًا من الصداقة، وجمعتني زنزانة واحدة مع الأساتذة فيليب جلاب وحسين عبد الرازق ويوسف صبري ومحمد سلماوي ومحمد يوسف الجندي وأحمد فؤاد نجم وزهدي العدوي.. وطوال الفترة من 1974 إلى سنة رحيله عرفت الأستاذ محمد حسنين هيكل واقتربت منه، وبيننا - دون أن يعني ضمير المثنى تساويًا في المقام - شؤون وشجون وصلت أحيانًا للعتاب الشديد وأحيانًا للتواجد - من الوجد - الشفاف!

وبحكم العمل الصحفي والاهتمام الفكري والسياسي اقتربت كثيرًا من الأستاذ صلاح الدين حافظ، والأستاذ محمد سيد أحمد، والأستاذ فهمي هويدي، والأستاذ جميل مطر، والدكتور سامي منصور، والأستاذ محمود مراد.. وآخرين قد لا تسعفني الذاكرة بالإشارة إليهم.. وبعض ممن ذكرتهم لهم فضل على العبد لله.. فهناك من أقرض مالًا في وقت كان فيه الشلن أو البريزة ثروة لمفلس، وهناك من عزم على الطعام في وقت كان الفول والفلافل أثمن من الموزة البتلو، وهناك من قدم المشروب حين كانت كأس الـ"ستلا" أشد اشتهاء من "البلولابل"!

وكثيرًا ما يحرضني بعض أصدقائي وزملائي على نسج هذه الخيوط لتصير كتابًا فيه جانب من تاريخ مصر الاجتماعي والثقافي، خاصة أنها علاقات اتسمت بالاستمرار مدى طويلًا، وفيها ما هو من نوع الفكر والثقافة.. وما هو من نوع التنادم - أي الصداقة شديدة الحميمية - والشغف بالضحك والسخرية.. ثم ما هو من نوع الاشتباك الخلافي والتراشق بالأسلحة الخفيفة، ابتداءً من القفشة والقافية والنكتة، وصولًا إلى المقال الانتقادي الهجومي اللاذع!

وفي السنوات العشر الأخيرة أو أكثر قليلًا بسنتين أو ثلاث عرفت الأستاذ السيد يسين، معرفة مجاملاتية، حيث إن الكثيرين من تلاميذه والمتعاونين معه أصدقائي وزملائي، ثم تطورت المعرفة إلى نقاشات سريعة في اللقاءات التي تجمعنا إلى أن كانت الواقعة المفصلية التي قطعت الطريق على المعرفة والنقاش ليدخل الاختلاف ثم الاشتباك الهجومي علنًا على صفحات الجرائد، إذ حدث أن دُعيت لأول مرة وآخر مرة أيضًا من الهيئة الإنجيلية القبطية لندوة في الغردقة، على ما أتذكر، وكانت المحاضرة الافتتاحية للأستاذ السيد يسين، وفيها تحدث عن العولمة حديثًا فياضًا حافلًا بالمعلومات التي تحتشد فيها عشرات الأسماء لمصادر ومراجع أجنبية ومؤلفين ومفكرين أعاجم.

وبدأت الأسئلة وحدث ما حدث، وهو ما لن أعيده لأن فيه ما فيه من كلام اعتبره المحاضر تزيدًا يستحق صاحبه السحق!.. والمهم أننا عدنا وكتب هو مقالًا في جريدة "القاهرة" يحكي فيه طرفًا مما حدث، ورددت في صحيفة "العربي"، واستمر الديالوج بالمقالات شديدة الالتهاب أسبوعين أو ثلاثة، وكانت القطيعة إلى أن شاءت الظروف أن أكتشف الوجه الآخر عند الأستاذ السيد يسين!

فبعيدًا عن الإصرار الدؤوب عنده للاطلاع على كل ما هو حديث، بل والأحدث في عالم الأفكار الاجتماعية والسياسية وفي دنيا المعلوماتية، وبعيدًا عن قدرته على القراءة وهضم ما يقرأ، ثم تقديمه للقارئ وللباحث العربيين ليصبح زادًا عقليًا مستساغًا، فإن الأستاذ السيد يسين تمتع بعين اجتماعية وثقافية ثاقبة تنفذ وراء الأشكال فتكتشف في اللاوقت الأصيل الثمين.. والمزيف البخس.. وتمتع بقدرة على الصياغة اللفظية المسكوبة في خطاب سلس متدفق لا لحن فيه في نحو أو صرف، وتتجلى فيه فنون الإلقاء من رفع وخفض ووقف!.. ناهيك عن أن كل ذلك مصبوب في بوتقة السمات المصرية التي لا تفلت القفشة ولا تتردد عن السخرية اللاذعة، وكل ذلك تحت سقف لم أشاهده متجاوزًا له في أية مرة التقيته أو استمعت إليه.. هو سقف احترام إنسانية الآخر والحفاظ على كرامته.

كان الأستاذ السيد يسين فيما بدا لي يبغض عديمي الموهبة، ويبغض أكثر منهم أنصاف الموهوبين، ولا يتردد عن تسخيف كلامهم مع الاحتراز من أن يسخف شخوصهم.. وكان لا يسكت إذا تجاوز أحد ما المقال المناسب للمقام، خاصة إذا كان واحدًا من تلاميذه ممن اقتربوا من السلطة وخاصة دائرة الحزب الوطني والرئاسة والوريث، وكان يدقق تدقيقًا صارمًا في الكلمات التي يرى أنها تجاوزت استهداف النظام والحكومة إلى الوطن والدولة.. وأخيرًا، وليس آخرًا لم يكن الرجل ذو القامة السامقة فكرًا وثقافة يتردد لحظة في أن تجده على الناحية الأخرى من سماعة الهاتف يقدم لك - إذا كنت كاتبًا - قراءته لما كتبت، مؤكدًا احترامه وتقديره لتبدو وكأنك أنت الأستاذ وهو المتلقي!
